Dear AC21 Members,
North Carolina State University has announced the Call for Proposals for the Forum. Both AC21
General Secretariat and NCSU strongly encourage participation from all AC21 member institutions.
General Assembly is scheduled on the last day, July 30 in the afternoon. This will be an excellent
opportunity for all members to gather, meet other members and discuss further collaboration and
cooperation through AC21.

*Participation fee* AC21 members: $250 (Non-AC21: $350) Students $150

*Submitting a proposal*
You may propose an individual presentation (20 minutes), a session (2-3 people, 90 minutes), or a poster presentation (on faculty international research collaboration or student research and engagement activities). Possible topics for each sub-themes are listed below. You can send your
proposal through www.ncsu.edu/oia or www.ac21.org. Proposal form is also available there. If you have any questions, please contact General Secretariat or Ms. Erin Vlack at North Carolina, erin_vlack@ncsu.edu The deadline is February 25.
