Publications & Resources

Over 21 years, the AC21 consortium produced published material including newsletters, periodic reports, and proceedings from its eleven International Forums. Most of this material was originally distributed in PDF format through the consortium's own website, which is no longer online. We have not recovered the original documents in sufficient number to reconstruct a reliable archive; this page describes what survives as reference, not as a complete collection.

Academic setting where research findings are shared and published

Newsletter Archive

References to AC21 newsletters and a separate monthly-report series survive from the consortium's original website, but the original issues have not been recovered sufficiently to reconstruct the series or describe individual issues reliably. See the Newsletter Archive for the documented record and its current limitations.

Forum Proceedings

We have not been able to verify that formal proceedings, session summaries, or action plans survive for individual International Forum editions. Researchers interested in what is documented about each forum — host, dates, and theme where confirmed — should see the International Forum page, which is sourced from primary institutional records rather than this publication record.

Research and External Resources

For those conducting research on international academic cooperation, university networks, or comparative higher education policy, we recommend Google Scholar for locating academic publications that reference AC21 activities and programmes. ResearchGate hosts profiles of many researchers who participated in AC21-funded projects and may have uploaded working papers or preprints from SPF-funded research.

This page will be updated if additional original material becomes available. For background on the consortium itself, see about the AC21 project.
